 More About Lonnie

Lonnie has been working in the fitness industry since 2004 as he started out Studying Myotherapy at RMIT. 

Though his studies found the love of Anatomy and health & exercise moved to London to pursue Personal Training. 

Lonnie's first fitness position was in the heart of London's CBD at Fitness First where he ran different styles of classes and operated a sole trading personal training business.  

While in London, Lonnie worked for a prestigious Personal Training studio - Matt Roberts personal training and worked with a wide variety of clientele including a number of celebrities. 

 

Lonnie started his own health & fitness business in 2012 after moving back to Australia. Running Corporate fitness sessions, One on one and large bootcamps up to 40 people per class. In 2014 Lonnie was fortunate enough to open The Gym Apollo Bay by collaborating with Otway Health and Community Services (Apollo Bay Hospital) so that the community could have its very own facility. The Gym Apollo Bay is still in operation today holding 200 members strong thanks the amazing efforts of Kath and Teaghan. 

Lonnie style of training is diverse, fun and engaging. He puts the client first and makes sure that you can achieve your results while enjoying life. Lonnie does not believe in gimmicks or short cuts. Consistency and hard work gets results!
