Personal Trainer

Hannah is currently studying a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science. This has given her extensive experience in advanced exercise prescription for chronic health conditions, such as cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic conditions, as well as injury rehabilitation and postural correction.

She believes that exercise can be the best form medicine, and even the smallest ‘dose’ can make drastic improvements in quality of life. As well as this, Hannah has experience in programming for athletic development, since interning at a leading Sports Academy School, which broadened her exercise prescription expertise to a strength and conditioning setting.

Hannah has special interest in weight loss, via methods of behaviour change, which leads to sustainable long-term weight loss. Not one person is alike, and that is why every thing is tailored to an individual, based on their life, home and work circumstances.

Hannah knows that every body is different; everyone has different objectives, injuries, lifestyles and levels of fitness, and delivers a different approach for clients, according to their own specific needs.

She is passionate about delivering an experience that is challenging, empowering and relevant. Hannah’s promise is that her work with you will be temporary; as it’s her job to teach you the skills to be able to look after yourself for the rest of your life.
