My Story

Kelissa is passionate about wellness. She believes in a healthy balance between food, fitness and mental health. After many years of study, Kelissa graduated from University de Moncton with a bachelor's degree in nutrition sciences. She soon realized that movement was another important aspect of a healthy life. She practiced what she preached to the fullest and obtained her PT certification through Canada's Fitness Professionals Inc. She now has over 7 years of experience in the health and wellness industry!

From a young age, a healthy lifestyle was a top priority for Kelissa. And now, her goal is to help people achieve a lifestyle they are proud of and to feel good in their skin. She is motivated, inspiring and thrives on sharing her passion for movement and nutrition with her clients.

Kelissa has a holistic approach and will adjust her sessions to your fitness needs, whether you are just a beginner in the gym or want to incorporate new goals into your routine. You can expect to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself to the limit with your sessions with Kelissa.
