Lonnie founded The Gym Melbourne in 2018 and has over 15 years experience in the health & fitness industry. He has worked with an array of clientele from celebrities, athletes, corporates and pre and post natal.

My Story

Lonnie started out by studying Myotherapy, which led him to pursue a career in fitness. In 2007, Lonnie moved to London and worked as a sole trading Personal Trainer and also gained experience through Matt Roberts Personal Training. He spent a lot of his time learning from other European trainers such as Boxing and kettlebell training. 

Lonnie's dynamic training sessions can cater for all abilities and fitness levels, while offering a fun and energetic experience. His strengths are posture correction, strength, muscle endurance and flexibility training. 

Lonnie has a huge passion to help people achieve their health and fitness goals without the need for gimmicks. He will help inspire you to stay motivate by understanding your true reasons behind wanting to achieve your goals.
