Banana And Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie is a great brekky option, especially for those with a sweet tooth!

We have many of our clients always on the lookout for easy alternatives to be able to prepare healthy snacks, especially for those that have a busy schedule.

Serves 1

Preparation time: 2-3 minutes

1 ripe frozen banana

½ cup plain high protein yoghurt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ scoop (15g) True Protein WPI90 in Choc Peanut Butter

½ tsp cinnamon

1 small handful of ice


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend ingredients until all foods are well broken down and combined.

  3. Serve cold with a slice of banana to decorate.
