How fit do i need to be to do these classes?
The Gym Melbourne cater for all fitness levels.
Each class, each week is different and we design the classes to suit each individual members needs.
Most of our classes are timed based, that means if MR FIT can do 50 push ups and Mrs JUST STARTING OUT can do 20 in 1 minute - that means each person will be working within their own means.
How do i get involved?
All you need to do is come see out friendly staff at reception and book in for a class.
Casual rates are available for anyone that wants to drop in.
