More About Ryan

Since pursuing a career in the Health and Fitness in 2008, Ryan has experienced many different roles within the industry having started as gym instructor and working his way up to club manager. This experience allows him to deal with a broad range of clients.

Before he moved to Melbourne he completed his Bachelor Of Sport and Fitness in New Zealand in 2007. Ryan then had his first job at in Les Mills,New Zealand's premier gym as a gym instructor and also worked 3years as a Sports Manager at a high school.

During those 3 years he was under the mentorship of Kirsten Hellier who is an award winning coach of Olympic and Commonwealth Gold Medallist Valerie Adams. She was also a successful athlete in her own right having won several medals including silver at the 1994 Commonwealth Games.

With 11 years experience, Ryan understands that one style of training does not fit all, therefore strives to create personalised approaches for each of clients. He incorporates functional training in his sessions making sure that each workout helps clients improve physical performance but also strives to motivate and ensures that each workout is a challenging learning experience, ensuring clients know how to properly perform exercises along with ensuing its benefits.
